Nicaragua

Our Nicaragua blend features a medium roast and boasts a tasting Profile of cocoa, floral, and citrus tones. The beans are grown by hardworking smallholder farmers in Molino Norte and are a blend of Yellow and Red CAtuai, Catimor, and Parainema varieties. Sourced from the Molino Norte region in Matagalpa, the coffee is grown at altitudes ranging from 900 to 1590 meters. The beans are cultivated in soil rich in Clay Minerals and are carefully processed through a 12-14 hour fermentation process before being dried on patios and raised beds.
